During my time at CT Bank I worked on the launch of Triangle rewards program. A key objective of the project was to translate corporate objectives, rebrand our emails and refresh our approach to our email campaigns while driving engagement, financial products acquisition, brand awareness and the perks to the new credit cards. This led to creating two sub categories under the email channel; one focused on the customers of the credit card Triangle Rewards Program and one focusing on CT Bank products which are offered to credit card members. I also informed and implemented the strategy of how to convert current Options Rewards members to the Triangle rewards program.
