02 · A little about me

A systems mind.
A human touch.

I turn complex systems into clear, scalable product experiences. I design enterprise SaaS and data-heavy products, often working as the sole designer across multiple teams—from discovery and workflow definition through high-fidelity design, implementation, and accessibility.

My background in graphic design and marketing gives me a strong visual foundation, while my product work combines systems thinking, research, interaction design, and strategy. I also bring product management experience, which helps me connect user needs with business priorities and delivery realities.

I’m currently exploring Senior Product Designer, Lead Product Designer, and UX Lead opportunities. I’m also incorporating AI-assisted research, ideation, and prototyping into my design process.

People I’ve worked with

Michelle is a thoughtful and collaborative designer who brings clarity to complex problems. She takes the time to ask the right questions, think through edge cases, and consider how a product may evolve over time. She keeps user needs at the centre of her decisions while balancing what’s realistic for the product and team.

She also brings developers and PMs into the process early, which makes collaboration smoother and helps prevent issues later on. Her thorough, practical approach consistently leads to solutions that are scalable, thoughtful, and easy for users to adopt.
